I'm just going to start editing posts as I eat because I forget to do it at the end of the day.
For breakfast, I'm currently eating scrambled eggs that were mixed with a little skim milk to fluff 'em up. I also had a 16 oz smoothie made of 4 oz skim milk 4 oz fat-free yogurt and 4 strawberries. I took my vitamin, and I have chicken wings out to make for lunch or dinner. I should be leaving for the gym in about half an hour or so--as soon as my food settles. That and I want to miss the lunch-hour rush.
